Our Returns Policy
Returns Due to Custom Production
All our products are custom-produced at the time of order. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are defective or damaged. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If the item is customized with a name, number or has other personalization, we will contact you before the order is processed to ensure accuracy.
Quality Issues
If you receive a product with quality issues, we are here to help. We stand by the quality of our products and will provide a full replacement for items that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. You must report quality issues within 14 days of delivery and items must be in like-new, unworn condition.
Eligibility for Quality Issues
To be eligible for a replacement due to quality issues, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at bluegrassdesignandprint@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide a clear description and photographs of the quality issue.
Once we receive your request and the necessary information, we will review it and, if approved, process your replacement order. We may require you to return the defective item, but we will provide instructions for the return process.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for products produced at the time of order unless we are unable to provide a replacement. In such cases, a refund will be issued.
